From the moment we arrived we were treated like old friends by Victor. Not only did my wife buy the jeep she wanted but I also ended getting one the next day! The trade in values for our vehicles were more than fair, considering that the dealer where we had purchased my wife's car had offered us $5,000.00 less than what Adams Jeep gave us. A fact I was quick to tell that dealership and state that I would never purchase a vehicle there again. I drove to the Savannah airport from Hilton Head, then experienced several ridiculous flight delays. We called Adams Jeep to warn them I was running very late. "No worries," they said. " We will wait for you, no matter how long it takes you to get here." They did. I landed in Baltimore, made a frantic drive through rush hour traffic, and arrived at Adams Jeep after they should have been officially closed for the weekend. Several smiling, relaxed, friendly, professional, and well-prepared staff members greeted me with all my papers ready for signature. I drove my perfect new vehicle off the lot in under an hour - at a price lower than I would have paid elsewhere. I came all the way from Hilton Head to Adams Jeep ... and I would do it all over again. More

I was not really sure what I wanted and even though it was extremely hot outside Keith showed us everything I wanted to look at. Once inside Keith brought us ice cold water since it was so hot outside. Worked with us every step of the way. The staff even offered us lunch, they grilled the day we were there. The whole experience was great beginning to end. When you go to buy, you figure you'll be there all day. This dealership was there stuff together and we were pulling out of there in just a few hours. Excellent customer service for sure. I would highly recommend Adams to everyone! More
