Their personnel are well trained, courteous and can answer most of your questions on the spot. If you have doubts about exactly what you really need in a car, they are very good about asking you questions about your automotive needs and walk you through buying what you need, and not suggest the biggest or most expensive. They don't seem to ever forget a customer. It seems as though they look at your experience and keep an eye on your visit so there is something that will imprint on their minds and with us, it had been quite a few years since we had been there but almost everyone remembered us and what our experiences with had been in the past. WOW!!! These guys are a new breed of dealer. ADAMS JEEP OF MARYLAND One word..... Distinction. The entire experience from walking on to the property was like no other car buying experience. There were no pressures or flip flop of "checking with my manager" These guys made a fair deal and accommodated everything I asked/inquired about. The entire team sat patiently well after the dealership officially ended it's business day to answer my questions and review every facet of the deal we had negotiated. I purchased a New Sahara Unlimited with extras. Lunchtime the next day my vehicle was fitted out, gassed up, detailed and waiting for me... including tags and registration. I have never been disappointed and the staff at Adams is beyond what anyone can expect of a "typical dealership experience" everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful and they are true Jeep enthusiasts.
