The dealership is very clean, accomodating, and appreciative of the coffee and snacks, especially if you have to wait a couple of hours for your car to be repaired. Also, the staff is wonderful, v appreciative of the coffee and snacks, especially if you have to wait a couple of hours for your car to be repaired. Also, the staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable, helpful and answers my questions. I would recommend anyone to purchase a chevy from Advantage. More

Bottom line: I was somewhat taken aback at my experience with this service appointment. I've never had such an abrasive interaction with anyone at Advantage in the ~5 years I've been working with them. What with this service appointment. I've never had such an abrasive interaction with anyone at Advantage in the ~5 years I've been working with them. What happened to the standards of customer interaction with this location? Was this an off day? My assigned service advisor was okay. Dylan was polite when I arrived to check-in, and was prepared for my appointment. The (supervisor?) other service advisor was very curt and unhelpful when I produced a coupon for a discount, disputing that it didn't apply. Rather than argue with her (I don't desire or need an argument over $10 at 8 in the morning) I let the matter drop. Dylan showed me to the waiting room and then ... that was it. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, not knowing what the progress was, if problems had been found (work order was: oil change, tire rotation, 45k interval service inspection, engine intake filter replacement), how much longer I might expect to wait, if there was just a delay for my technician or what? Two hours, without any sort of information update at the 1h or 1h30m mark. Two hours after, Dylan showed up, saw I was on the phone (I'd given up any hope of getting to work at the time I expected and was making calls to reschedule morning meetings), and told me that when I was ready my papers would be waiting at the checkout counter. They were. I paid, collected my papers and key, and left. * Pros: The service was done, and it looks like the work went well? The printout said everything was nominal. So I guess that's good? * Cons: Two hours with zero communication is ridiculous. The last time I was here I was texted a video from the service technician showing me what he'd checked and that everything was fine. What happened to that feature? No offer to wash the truck, either. That used to be an every-time thing when I came to Advantage, even for scheduled parts replacement (failed rain sensor, failed headlamp assembly, tire rotation, etc). * Conclusion: The work was performed, and customer service experience was lacking from about 4 minutes after I arrived to the time I left. At least the cashier at the counter wished me a good day! More
