Service was great. Only snafu was trying to get someone to answer the phone in the morning. I realize the service department opens at 7:00 and it may take 7 minutes for people to get settled in but the phone wasn't answered until after 7:25.
May need a little help in addressing that.

Service was pretty good, but I drove off with a nice new dent in my front fender. Can’t prove 100% it happened there but since I never park anywhere near another car and noticed the dent the following morning it’s safe to say it happened there. Whether by accident or covered up it’s now going to cost me to have it repaired.

I think its all ways about money when it comes to Chevy.495.85 you say is for labor but you say
-160 for diagnostic test. But you add the 160 to
labor to make 495.85. And the part it self was only 83.93. And you probably charged before the recall on the airbag That what I think about your dealership. But it is what it is.
