Felipe and Carolina were amazing!!! I got an oil change on Saturday and never received a car wash. Never had an issue before when bringing in my car for service because I always received a car wash when I got my service done so not sure what wash. This is the first time I had a so/so experience. had an appointment but my car sat out front for the first hour. 3 hours later it was done, but I got in the car and the check engine light was on. Had to go back and wait another long amount of time only to be told the car was ready after I had to go check on it. Have been happy here up until this time.
