Told me that they were test driving the vehicle to duplicate an issue that it was brought in for, but meanwhile the Bluelink app showed the vehicle parked for over an hour. He never offered the option of the multi point inspection until I saw on the invoice that I declined this option. Also told me I needed to clean my ears.
