I was charged over $1400 to have my gas tank emptied because my son put ethanol instead of gas. My check engine light came on the next morning and I called an made an appointment to bring it in. I left my car there. Hours later I got a call from the woman who said it would be around $500 who now informed me me that it would be over $1400 which was $900 more then I was quoted. It doesn t take long to empty a gas tank and put a half of tank of gas in it. I m sure they looked at the computer. Then they road tested it for 30 miles to make sure the check engine light did not come on. I believe 6 hrs of labor was excessive. It should have been three hrs and around $700.I intend to inform the better business bureau if my bill is not reduced after being quoted around $500 hundred Not over the 1400 plus that I was charged. More

Taking an appointment is not that easy, when the dealership JUST says 'take an appointment & come next'. Also complementary car (worth $20, as they claim) was just pathetic that the car wash dealer barely uses water & no soap at all. I don't want a complementary car wash anymore. This complementary car wash is just $10 worth to the maximum (as all of us knows). Why to fool the customers on that. Try to solve the problems. If character is lost everything is lost. More
