We are giving this dealer a poor review ONLY because of our terrible experience with the Finance department. Once we declined the extra coverage options and the initial loan offer that was in fine print on our terrible experience with the Finance department. Once we declined the extra coverage options and the initial loan offer that was in fine print on top of the extra coverage options sheet, we were subjected to an extremely long wait time while the Finance representative worked with other customers. Additionally, the Finance representative was extremely deceptive, rude, dishonest, and condescending. Thankfully, we sent a picture of the loan offer to our Accountant and he identified the errors that were ultimately corrected by another Finance representative (the original Finance representative left us once we called him out on his deceptive practices). We caution anyone who works with the Finance Department to read every document carefully before signing. We did have a positive experience with the Product Specialist but the dealer was very close to losing the sale due to the Finance representatives. More
