If I did not need the car that given day I would have forfeited my security deposit and have gone to other dealers. They were somewhat rude, unorganized , they kept on blaming other salesperson who was o forfeited my security deposit and have gone to other dealers. They were somewhat rude, unorganized , they kept on blaming other salesperson who was on vacation for not communicating and having wrong color interior on the car. We had wait hours to get the right car and they did not even bother to offer us anything for our inconvenience . After everything sales person John had enough nerve to tell my daughter to come back to get the car fuel because he was telling her that their card was not working, when I asked him why does not dealer pay cash and fill the car up he said they don’t have any cash!!!!. And when my daughter had some questions about the car John was nowhere to be found other salesperson told us that he was already gone for the day. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT I AM DONE WITH YOU WHO CARES WHAT YOU NEED ANYMORE. More

I was very happy with the repair. My concern was the cost. I pay $211.47 on 7/11/24 to find out what was wrong and then another $1177 for the repair on 7/19/24.
