Been dealing with Hyundai for almost 20 years. 7 vehicles.They talk Loyalty.When asked what Loyalty means to them,no one has an answer. I wrote to the company and as I'm writing to you.NO ONE ever 7 vehicles.They talk Loyalty.When asked what Loyalty means to them,no one has an answer. I wrote to the company and as I'm writing to you.NO ONE ever responds or gets back to me.Not one of the managers ever comes out from behind their desk to say thank you for your business or LOYALty or offers any kind of special discount or free item.They send all kinds of offers in the mail,emails,etc.When you get to the dealership they tell you it's just a gimmick to get you in. I hope I'm not wasting my time again venting and not getting a response.Thanks for listening. More
