Have leased multiple cars (one after the other, not simultaneous) from Advantage Hyundai. Very courteous Sales staff and also Service staff. Never any pressure. Normally dealerships have a stigma of costing a fortune for repairs. One of my reasons for buying a Hyundai was for their 10/100K warranty. So after the 8th year, my vehicle seemed to be on its way out wit for repairs. One of my reasons for buying a Hyundai was for their 10/100K warranty. So after the 8th year, my vehicle seemed to be on its way out with a lot of oil consumption and fouling plugs. I was ready to get rid of it and buy a new car so figured I’d get it looked at but not sink a fortune into it. Kevin at first went over all the costs and service agreements. It ended up being a clogged catalytic converter. Best part was it was it was under warranty and replaced for free. After a horrible experience in that same dealership many years ago, they righted the ship and had convenient drop off hours, kept me informed all the way ad repaired within 2 days. Great job Advantage. SUV is running almost as well as new, and I’ve decided to hand it down to my son when he begins driving next year and will purchase my next vehicle from Advantage as well. More
