I had a 7:30 appt. I came in for a simple oil change and NYS Inspection. They recommended changing cabin filter and tire rotation. After 2-1/2 hours the service advisor I came in for a simple oil change and NYS Inspection. They recommended changing cabin filter and tire rotation. After 2-1/2 hours the service advisor came out and said I was done. When I reviewed the work done, I pointed out that the inspection wasn't done he went back into service for the inspection to be done. He said he would charge for the inspection and I said I had a coupon for free inspection. So it wasn't really discounted. The total experience was over 3 hours. This is way too long for a simple maintenance visit. More

Special shoutout to Yasmin in sales for providing excellent guidance and attention to my needs as a customer, The entire team was warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to Yasmin in sales for providing excellent guidance and attention to my needs as a customer, she went above and beyond. Willy who helped with the financing/lease portion was also kind, knowledgeable and made the paperwork part easy and seamless. The rest of the staff work together wonderfully making the entire environment comfortable and welcoming. I look forward to returning for future vehicle needs and when my current lease is up.
