After learning of the many new features available in the Ultimate Edition, many of which I consider safety enhancements, I was almost sold. But, I didn't stop there. I went to see Michael, the service manager, to get his opinion on the new model, from a service perspective. After that discussion, I was sold. I loved my 2013, but, I don't see how Hyundai can top my new Santa Fe. More
