He was very attentive to the details of what I was looking for (financially, comfort, features, etc.) in my car. Henry was also very knowledgeable about Hyundai’s products and services. He promptly and thoroughly responded to and answered all of my inquiries. He was also very detailed on all the little nuances of the car. He patiently went over everything from trunk to hood and sat in the car and went over all of the features (XM radio, how to raise the seats, helped me to sync my phone, navigation system, etc.). He even took the time to discuss the rec. maintenance schedule! Henry was awesome and he is an asset to your company and he represents your company well.
