I had replaced front and rear brake pads myself a few months ago, so the car was in good shape. Erin offered me various service options, but she didn't try to sell me the anything unnecessary, and I really appreciated her honesty and integrity. So many dealers use coupons as a lost leader, then try to sell you unnecessary things, but Erin didn't do that. As a result, Erin just made me a customer of your dealership for future service visits, and potentially for future Hyundai purchases! More
