i explained that i did not cause under carriage damage , still wanted to charge me 500 dollars for something that should not fall off and there really wasnt any proof that I could have even caused it. Dealer refused to have this undermount cover covered via warranty. Not really thrilled will consider other car brands in future . That being said very nice comfortable waiting room. More
