She made the experience of purchasing a new car a pleasant one from the test drive to the negotiations. First Visit was okay Had to have bumper replaced on my brand new truck. No one followed up with me to tell me the post came in (as was originally promised). After numerous calls, transfers and hang ups...I finally went in for appointment. My service advisor was great and the lady at the cashier desk was great too. Other downside... They gave a loaner that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke I had to keep windows open. That was my other major gripe with this first experience. Definitely clean INSIDE your loaner cars before passing on to the next customer. More
