This time I spoke with Henry I leased my first car (elantra) with Steve Toomey in 2012, my lease was up this August and I went back to see my options. This time I spoke with Henry, who was excellent- asked what I was looking for, what kind of features I would like and my price range. They gave me an offer I couldn't refuse, and I decided to buy out a new Elantra. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The processes was fast and enjoyable and my car was ready the next day! Exceeded my Expectations The entire process was was professional and quick. I first walked in at lunchtime to just have another look at the Genesis. Rob arranged a test drive The entire process was was professional and quick. I first walked in at lunchtime to just have another look at the Genesis. Rob arranged a test drive and we discussed price. I told him I would be back with the wife and if all went well we could make a deal. At 5 PM I arrived back at the dealership and Rob was having the car detailed so the wife would not see a dirty car ! We arrived at a fair deal without any drama. The amazing thing was that I was able to drive the car home that night, saying a fond farewell to my Benz C320. Absolutely amazing service. I went back a few days later to have a option set by computer and when Rob saw me he came out to see if everything was OK. Now who does that ! I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and the entire dealership to friends and family. More

From the time I entered the door, sat down with Mr. Powell I was impressed beyond words. He was beyond knowledgeable and very courteous. He listened intensely to my wants and needs in a car and then set out on mission to meet that need. At no given time did I feel pressured or overwhelmed by his courteous service. At the close of deal and my having a new car for Mother's Day I felt my day complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership. The entire staff was beyond commendable, agreeable, trustworthy and exactly the kind of service I was looking forward to doing business with. I had been to several other dealers and found none of the qualities that I found in Advantage Hyundai staff. Everything was completed in a timely fashion, fairness (definitely) of price. My overall experience has been excellent and I look forward to the same treatment from the service department. More
