Fabulous Experience I was car shopping and had just come from a different dealership where I had just had a bad experience with an arrogant "salesperson". From the minu I was car shopping and had just come from a different dealership where I had just had a bad experience with an arrogant "salesperson". From the minute I stepped into the parking lot of Advantage, I was greeted warmly, was brought over to meet Chris Tempesta who was just the opposite "salesperson"of what I had just experienced. My niece and I looked at each other and remarked, wow! what a difference, this is how it should be. He was knowledgeable, considerate, informative, and patient. We test drove 2 cars that night and I truly had a hard time deciding which car to purchase, I never expected to drive a new car home that night! What I loved most about the experience is Chris, He never tried to "sell" me. He answered all of my questions allowed me to decide what was the best for me, and made a "just looking" experience an enjoyable purchase. I'm thrilled with my new Sonata and can't stop talking about how wonderful my experience was at Advantage. Many thanks to all the crew there from the moment I walked in to the minute I drove out in my new car. I have a feeling this is going to be a nice long relationship. More

I recently hit the 18,000 mark and brought my car in to keep it closest to the original 3,000mi service. The service department is not the quickest to get you in as they are quite busy, but fill up fluids and check air pressure while waiting. The car was done quickly and was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up 3 hours later. Overall happy with my purchase and service experiences at the dealership. More

Long-time Honda owners, we decided to visit Advantage after reading positive reviews online about the Sonata and the dealership. From the moment we walked in and met the sales consultant, Jayson Townsend, and throughout the entire process we were treated with courtesy, respect, professionalism, and probably most important to us, honesty. There was no hard sell at all. Not by Jayson; not by Rick the Sales Manager; and, most shockingly, not even by Tom the Finance Manager. Everyone we met exuded a confidence and pride in the product and a genuine sense of appreciation for our business and interest. We went in with some idea of what we wanted and having done some research on pricing, and, perhaps for the first time in 25 years of car buying, came out of the transaction feeling confident that we were treated fairly. We purchased a Sonata Limited, and it is absolutely beautiful. This dealership and Jayson, in particular, really exemplify what the car business should always aspire to be. Highly recommend. More

Both apologized to me for the situation and remedied the problem. As usual I love Advantage Hyundai and would never think of going anywhere else to service Sonata. My second Genesis I was not planning to trade my 2011 Genesis with 22000mi,but when I saw the new models with All Wheel Drive, and so many safety improvements, I decide I was not planning to trade my 2011 Genesis with 22000mi,but when I saw the new models with All Wheel Drive, and so many safety improvements, I decided to do it. Rob Sendach,the salesman was very nice and very helpful to me in learning the myriad details of the car. He was very patient and explained everything,and I am sure I will be back with more questions in time. I have always been happy with the service dept at Advantage Hyundai,and it was all of those factors that made me choose the 2015 Genesis rather than the Mercedes Benz. Ellie Mueller More
