I did some research online before going and saw my future car. a 2001 Hyundai Elantra listed at 2,995. I showed David the ad and after some negotiating over the fees i got the car for a little over 3000. David was one of the nicest men i have met. Very helpful courteous never pushed me into buying anything. He got me all the perks of buying a brand new car at the price of a used car. Dealership as a whole very clean great waiting area if you can even call it that is more like your waiting in the comfort your own home. All the employees there treat you as if you are part of your own family. Me being new to driving stranded they were all giving very helpful tips of how to drive. So not to drag this out overall the best dealership i was ever at best employees and great atmosphere inside and out. More

I absolutely wish I had not even bothered shopping around at Atlantic. The contrast in dealership service and the quality of the vehicles was like night and day between the two dealerships. I would not recommend relying on Atlantic Hyundai for any reason. Advantage Hyundai is the way to go. David treated me with respect, showing me how to use all the features of my new vehicle, whereas the sales rep. from Atlantic simply acted like I was dumb if I didn't instantly know what all the features were and how to use them. The team from Advantage respected my time, they were able to send me home with my new vehicle within just a couple of hours. Also, I was able to negotiate an incredible deal with the crew from Advantage, and I trust that I am in good hands if I ever need service done from their service department. More
Recall Servicing. Upon receiving a post card indicating my auto (2010 Sonata) was recalled for #s 113 & 110-Break Switch, I contacted Atlantic via phone. (Atlantic is, also, where this car was purchased). In 'no time' an appointment was made for servicing. I arrived early, and was first on line. At 7:30 AM the garage opened, and I was, immediately, met by Mr. Spalletta. He evaluated the exterior of the vehicle stating, "well kept". I was concerned about the amount of time it would take. I had been told 4 hrs. Mr. Spalletta explained that the break switch might take about 20 Mis. but the other service required spraying a substance on, allowing it to dry, and spraying again. I understood, now, why so much time was needed. I took a walk, and returned to the facility in, approximately, one and a half hours. My car was ready, and washed. Mr. Spalletta, and I discussed other needs an inspection revealed. Being retired; I have the time to do the 'needs' myself. I paid nothing for the recall and washing, and was on my way. Although, I did not spend much time in the waiting area, I found it comfortable, clean, and the restrooms near by. More

However, I just had to tell you that Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville, NY has been the most outstanding dealership with whom I have ever worked. Rick Aviles and Tom Franco assisted me with my lease after being challenged by my plethora of questions. There have been moments when I was frustrated with my understanding of why one system couldn’t be configured in a certain way and they counseled me most professionally to best suit my goals. It is my opinion that both Rick Aviles and Tom Franco receive kudos in recognition of his outstanding and exemplary efforts. Sorry I had to amend my positive review :'( All the statements below we're correct I initially had a great experience with Ramon, however during my transaction I specifically asked if I was goin All the statements below we're correct I initially had a great experience with Ramon, however during my transaction I specifically asked if I was going to be hit with any charges for turning in my leased car to Nissan. He assured me absolutely NOT, unfortunately I was hit with a $1259 bill from Nissan a couple of months later . When I went back to question this I was informed Ramon no longer worked there, was then passed onto the general manager Dan Toomey who was a nightmare! So buyer beware when turning in a lease early, don't take the salesmanship word before signing on the dotted line, call the leasing company and ask exactly what you will be responsible for. That's what I failed to do because crampon told me he made the call and took care of it all, no charges would be incurred on my part. What a big mistake that was! I've worked with other dealerships and salesmen in the 3 prior leases I've had at local Nissans. I've and always walked away with a bad feeling or annoyed about something or other...always some sort of snafu. Not so in this case!!! I actually purchased my car this time around and couldn't be happier. My salesperson, Ramon, was a gentleman and so professional. Not for one second did I feel like I was being given a sales pitch. He just stated the facts and features of the car and along the way during our conversation about the car he would throw in little welcomed surprises, for example, free car washes for life!!! Now to me that was a nice little bonus since I'm one of those people that use a neighborhood car wash at $20 a visit. I factored that into the savings I was getting, and that's just a small example of the great service I will be getting from this dealership. All in all, I would highly recommend Advantage Hyundai for the professionalism, ease and affordability they offered me in the purchase of my new Sonata. Ramon certainly changed my mind and my point of view of car salesmen and I cannot thank him enough. I have already recommended Advantage to friends and family and will continue to do so. More
