Sales people are generally good looking, charming, & smooth talkers. It's rare to find a salesperson who is actually knowledgeable about the product itself. My daughter Kim, who knows more about motor vehicles than a lot of mechanics, was so impressed with Casey Engel's knowledge of your vehicles, that there were no doubts in our minds that this was what we wanted. We even upgraded to the next model up(Which I swore I would not do, but am so happy that I did). I have a co-worker (friend) who is leasing a Honda and is seriously considering purchasing a Hyundai. She really loves my Tucson. I told her about Casey and told her to ask for her (no-one else). (she will probably go with the Santa Fe (she's taller than me). I have received a lot of compliments on my Tucson and hope to send more business your way. Thanks again Casey. More
Attempted to purchase 2012 Hyundai equus as a cash sale, had email contact with Eddie and after third email I had questions- these went unanswered and I finally called and Eddie answered questions and I tol had email contact with Eddie and after third email I had questions- these went unanswered and I finally called and Eddie answered questions and I told him I was ready to purchase so he told me he would have the pre-owned sales manager call me, which he did not. I called him 5 hrs. Later and surprise car was sold. But then he said I would have to finance? What! He said car was sold. I asked him what his fees were and guess what they were higher than Eddie quoted. Hyundai Advantage dealer it is a joke. I called and asked for general manager but it was not put through. What is really funny is I have an email message from him telling how they were dedicated to service . Can we say used car salesman! I will be contacting Hyundai to let them know. More
Charlie was so great and friendly. The sales manager Jon was awesome too. The process was quick and painless, they gave me a great deal and worked to get me exactly what I could afford. We walked in ready to make a deal. Perhaps because of our ethnicity or the way we were dressed (genes and boats), it took us almost 15 to 20 minutes to work with a sales person. Note: there were five other sales guys sitting at their desk simply ignoring us. Little did they know we were ready to make a deal the same day. We made a comment to ourselves that this is already one strike against them. Then we sat down with Dayshawn who was terrible. He told us nothing but foolishness. He kept asking us for what we were willing to pay. Of course, we refused to give a price and asked them for their best price. Then Dayshawn called his manager over (what an unintelligent person). The manager also asked us for our price and we could not believe they were trying this stupid sales tactic. “I said when you go to the store to buy do you tell sales people what you are willing to buy or do you see the price of the item. So, what sense would it make if I give you the price.” The manager was upset that we called them out on all of their archaic sales practices (so… 80s hahaha). Note to manager if you are reading, we bought our $30K car, a deal that you lost! Ha! More

I go to this service center about every 3,000 miles or so for an oil change, and it is always an efficient, fluid, easy-going experience. All of the service technicians are very knowledgeable, and the wait for an oil change, and it is always an efficient, fluid, easy-going experience.
