Instead of telling me that it was thousands of dollars to fix they told me the truth, it is unfortunately something that happens with Hyundai Santa Fes and there is nothing they can really do about it. Although I don't understand how that is normal because it is completely unsafe, I really appreciated that they didn't try to take my money just because they could. Great experience, would recommend others to go there. More

Instead of being excited, I dreaded going to a dealership. 3 years flies by doesn't it? We went to Advantage Hyundai in Plainview at 3pm on 1/17/15. The dealership was packed. Rob Sendach greeted us and at first I was like, "already? We didn't have a chance to look around by ourselves". Didn't matter because Rob was very nice and was never pushy. West test drove the car and Rob just sat back and allowed us to really drive and feel the car. He allowed us to make a decision and let the silence take over so we could think. He never interrupted our thought process. We went back and forth a few times (I hate that part) and we came to a fair price. Being he wanted us to take the car home that night and he had a customer come back, he apologized over and over for us having to wait. We went to eat to kill some time and when we came back, we proceeded with doing the paperwork. By this time, it was almost 6:30 and the dealership closes at 6. Another couple was there buying a car. Now it is almost 7:15 and we were finishing up. Rob still showed us how to work the car and explained everything like he had all the time in the world. Here it is Saturday night and he wasn't rushing to go home. That alone impressed me as well as the trouble-free experience. That is a rare combination to have at most dealerships. Thank you Rob Sendach for making us feel like we were your only customers tonight and for staying almost 2 hours past the time the dealership closes just to make sure we knew how the car and its features work. Many thanks for making this experience stress-free and problematic-free. See you in 3 years! More

At Advantage Hyundai , manager Mike Tapolow, and his professional and friendly staff, made us at home and took manus hours to both serve and educate us. Our salesperson, Brandon, showed us several models and was as patient and passionate as one could hope. We felt like we new him forever by the time we left. We were in and out in a couple of hours on a Sunday, and pulled away in a beautiful almost new Honda CR-V. Kevin Murphy at Advantage Hyundai spent an hour and a half with me ay my test drive and fantastic, answering every question I had and honestly didn't pressure me at all, letting the car sell itself. I left without the 'sale' as I had already schedule a Toyota Rav4 test drive immediately after so I could compare. As soon as my Toyota test drive was complete, it really was no comparison at all and an easy decision as the Santa Fe was far superior in terms of comfort & overall ride. I immediately called Kevin to complete the deal as they matched the key incentives Toyota was offering and I picked up my new vehicle that same day. I was skeptical 'down grading' from a luxury vehicle but the Santa Fe is every bit the luxury car the Volvo was at a fraction of the cost and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I highly recommend Advantage Hyundai (and Kevin Murphy in particular) to anyone who may be interested. If you haven't driven a Hyundai, try it. It's a great deal and you get a lot of car for the price. More

Went to test drive, ended up buying Really great dealer. it was the 4th one we went to and immediately felt a huge difference in the energy of the place. Everything was cheery. However, we were so pleased with Brandon H We went to Hyundai Advantage just to look at their pre-owned certified Sonatas without an intention to buy. However, we were so pleased with Brandon Hampson, the salesman, that we decided to buy our Sonata right then. He took the time to thoroughly educate us about the advantages of the Sonata, took us for a test drive and converted us from propective buyers to proud owners of a 2013 Sonta. With the help of his manager, Matt Shaw, we were able to successfully finance the car at 4.5% and work out a convenient payment plan. All in all a great experience. More
