In short.....I purchased a 2007 Tuscan with 33 thousand miles on it. Got what I thought was a great deal. I did not purchase an extended warranty. The check engine light came on after a couple of weeks and miles on it. Got what I thought was a great deal. I did not purchase an extended warranty. The check engine light came on after a couple of weeks and I brought it in . They reset it and told me that it was a sensor and it would cost 265 dollars to fix. When I brought it back for the brakes after 5 days they cut the rotors and sent me on my way. After 5000 miles they told me that the rotors are shot and it will cost 350 bucks. To sum it up.........THE SMILES ARE VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY BUT THY ARE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE WAS GOING THERE More

Jim spent time with me and answered everyone of my questions and showed everything I needed to know when I took possession of my new car.Even the credit person I worked with (I'm sorry but I can't remember his name) was great and made even the money end of things painless. After having had the worst experience of my life when I leased my Nissan 3 years ago in Westbury, I was nervous about leasing (or even buying) again.
