It turns out I had a nail in the sidewall in a rear tire. When I arrived for service, I was ushered to the service area and was immediately nicely greeted by someone and informed that my service person would be with me shortly, which she was. We proceeded to a ser area and was immediately nicely greeted by someone and informed that my service person would be with me shortly, which she was. We proceeded to a service desk where she prepared my request and asked if I would wait or prefer a ride home. I chose to wait , and she finished my work order promptly and said I could stay in the waiting area and she will alert me when the state inspection is finished. The young women came out and said the car is being washed and would be delivered outside the service area. Also a request had been made about a tire pressure light stayed on and she noted in the work order and it was corrected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I had no complaints. I was taken quickly and provided an approximate pickup time and was told I would receive a call when ready. I went in to test drive the Sonata to see how it drove as my lease was coming to an end for my Lacrosse and Cathie made me feel real comfortable driving and we were talking as if we new each other for a long my lease was coming to an end for my Lacrosse and Cathie made me feel real comfortable driving and we were talking as if we new each other for a long time.
