We first visited the dealership in November in a "scouting expedition" and were impressed with the Sonata and pleased with Casey's assistance. When we were ready to buy and got back in touch with her in January, she picked up right where we left off, found a specific Sonata meeting our requirements, closed the deal, and was VERY helpful explaining the basic functions of the car before we drove off the lot. Definitely recommend the dealership and especially Casey. More

I was at first going to Atlantic Auto Mall, but as I was leaving my home in Staten Island, I caught a commercial on television for Advantage...the commercial was very offbeat and got my attention right away leaving my home in Staten Island, I caught a commercial on television for Advantage...the commercial was very offbeat and got my attention right away(the guy with the pink socks) lol....I did go to Atlantic first but was not very satisfied so I asked my niece to take me here (she knows Long Island very well). So we came to Advantage and I saw the green Veloster that I had my heart set on. Our sales person Brandon was very friendly and approachable. He let me test drive it. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and made the test drive very easy and even fun. He worked well with me to get me a good deal and set up everything I needed to drive my new car home (insurance, plates, registration etc.) It was overall a good experience and I would recommend Advantage and Brandon as a salesperson/rep.to my family and friends. I bought my 2011 Sonata from Matt Nam 2 years ago. Matt was very professional and made me and my husband comfortable and we never felt pressured. Since I've had my Sonata I've had to bring it in a couple of times. I just brought it in last week because of a noise I would hear as I pulled out or pulled into my parking spot. I got a call from service telling me to pick it up that they did not hear a noise. You could imagine how frustrating it was to hear this. My husband told them I can't take off work or any time to keep going back and forth knowing there is a noise. They said they would look into it again. I was upset and called Matt Nam. He reassured me he would talk to them. I got another call again with a more concerned voice and she said they would get to the bottom of the problem. The did and found the problem. Advantage Hyundai is a great dealership, but I must mention without Matt's input I would have picked up my car only to bring it back. He is a great asset to your dealership. I've recommended buyers to Matt who have bought or leased and they were also very happy with him. More

Casey's knowledge of the Elantra and her conviction of why all the features are so wonderful made buying it an easy task. Not easy for a 75 year old widow buying a car for the first time. She even took me to a residential area where I could "test drive" because I was uncomfortable driving directly from the dealership. The comfort of the driver's seat in particular (so ergonomically correct) and the price with the fantastic warranty and all the other extra perks just can't be beat. I, highly recommend Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville! Each visit and phone call was dealt with very pleasant people, but most especially with Casey Engel. Because of her I'm a happy owner of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra! More

Barry was aggressive ,but not overbearing ,making me feel that he would do anything to earn my business. Ricky was available ,when Barry was off, and was involved with the sale from the start. When making a large purchase it is important to trust the seller, and at the same time feel important as a buyer,and that experience was met here. More
