As soon as I walked in Casey was there to greet us and ready to help! Let's just say that I did not go to Hyundai thinking I was going to leave with a car... I simply wanted to test drive the sonata and check it out...a couple hours later I was making the deal! Casey was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and an overall great sales person. I was lucky to have walked in when she was free! She did not push me into leasing a car at all, which was probably my favorite thing about this dealership. However, after test driving two different cars, she spent more time than any other sales rep at other dealerships I've been to to explain how the car works, safety features, different technology options, how the car is built, size, etc. Her knowledge base was impressive to say the least. The manager Rick was just as cooperative and easy to deal with. It didn't take much time on my part to get a monthly payment down to a number I thought was fair and comfortable. Casey and Rick were an absolute pleasure to work with. Trust me when I say I have been to acura, lexus, and toyota....all dealerships tried to push me to get a car to the point where I felt uncomfortable, but not at Hyundai Advantage! They simply made me an offer I couldn't refuse, and now I'm driving my Sonata, which I love! I'd also like to mention that I ended up leasing the car on a Saturday night....the dealership closed at 6 and Casey stayed with me until 6:30 in the freezing cold helping me get acquainted with my new car. She was awesome! I honestly can't say enough positive things about this dealership, in particularly, Casey and Rick. A big thank you to them for making this an enjoyable experience for me! More

In both cases he was a pleasure to work with -- knowledgeable, forthright, polite, and eager to please the customer. He has an extensive knowledge of the product line and competitive offerings as well, and listened carefully to our concerns before responding specifically to our needs. Advantage Hyundai is a pleasure to work with and Barry is extremely helpful. We got a good price and a great car, and the star service continued long after we bought the car. Little touches like a lift home after dropping the car off, though I live 15 miles away, and free car washes for the life of the car are icing on the cake. I recommend him, and while this may sound like a fluffy review, I teach graduate management and I negotiate hard. More

Casey was a pleasure to have as a sales person. She went way out of her way to help me get into the car I wanted and at the coast I could afford. This is my 2nd experience with this particular Hyundai dealership, as I have previously purchased a Sonata through them. This visit was to purchase a new Santa Fe Sport, as our Jeep Liberty got destroyed dealership, as I have previously purchased a Sonata through them. This visit was to purchase a new Santa Fe Sport, as our Jeep Liberty got destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. I cannot speak highly enough about the employees and their service. The quality of the Hyundai line-up speaks for itself. In a phrase, this is certainly not the Hyundai from 1986 when they first came to the U.S.. But I want to discuss the professionalism, the kindness, the thoroughness and the care of this particular dealership and its representatives. Robert Sendach, who is the dealer we personally worked with on both occasions, is not only knowledgeable about the line-up and professional down to the very last detail, but he is a kind, considerate, honest and hard-working gentleman. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a new vehicle as he makes the process not only efficient, but enjoyable. Given the stress and crisis of having just gone through a major hurricane and life-changing event (our home was also damaged beyond belief), Robert Sendach took the time and had the compassion to make this process a pleasurable, welcoming one. I would buy a vehicle from him at any time. The other gentlemen that helped us: Matt Nam, Tom Franco, Mike Morrison and Dan Toomey, all should be commended as well.
