I came across a car that I've wanted for some time now, this dealership just happened to have it. I began my conversations with with right over the Internet via email and they were very quick with the now, this dealership just happened to have it. From the very first email to the second I left the dealership with keys in hand, customer service was a top priority. They kept my wife and I well informed of everything during the process. We drove up there from Cape May Court House, NJ and were greeted by smiling faces, a handshake and some beverages. The environment was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly. One guy even made a paper airplane for my son and also let him play with his collection of NASCAR cars. They were very friendly and offered to help me in any way, shape, or form even after I returned home. I received an email that night and one the next day just making sure I was more than happy and asking for me to contact them if I ever had any questions or concerns. I've always been one to appreciate the Golden Rule and these guys do business by that rule. Most car dealerships just look to sell and they become pushy and become annoying but that was never the case with this dealership. They always remained fun, friendly, relaxing, and we never felt that pressure that we've felt at other places. I can't thank the team up there enough. I speak about this dealer to my job at GEICO and tell them to run "not walk" to Advantage Hyundai as they are a great group of people to buy a car from. I turned in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata last week at the dealership to Kevin Jude Murphy, my new salesman. I upgraded to a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and he was fantastic. Such a real person with no airs about him. I would buy 100 cars from him. He made the transaction easy, affordable, he gave me the best customer service and was extremely attentive. I felt no pressure and he carefully found the perfect car for me. I look forward to working with him now and on all future leases, purchases and transactions. Something great is happening at Advantage Hyundai and I have told everyone I have come in contact with. I hope they listen because these cars are unbeatable on the market, they are priced so affordable, the dealership is so relaxed and have such a great staff.
