in more than 30 years leasing cars, I would rate this to be my worst overall experience. The sales person was inexperienced and although management was responsible I frankly felt that I wasn't being treated be my worst overall experience. The sales person was inexperienced and although management was responsible I frankly felt that I wasn't being treated honestly in terms of pricing until I literally came to pick up the car. Further, I traded-in a leased Acura as part of the transaction and although title was transferred to Genesis on May 25, I am still getting calls (latest was on 6/25) because the payoff amount from Genesis was short. I can't get a straight answer on how and when this will be resolved. I had no contact with Service dept More
