i made an appointment for 8 am to have battery changed plus key fob batteries changed. how could it possibly be that car could not be ready until 3pm??? after complaining i got the wait time down to 12:30 plus key fob batteries changed. how could it possibly be that car could not be ready until 3pm??? after complaining i got the wait time down to 12:30 pm. why bother to make an appt. ok i did ask for loaner car so i could do some shopping but that should not enter into equation. it should be an in and out job. take battery out put new one in. the most maybe 45 mins so now u know why such a low rating More

1)All work completed in a timely manner. All staff were very pleasant. 2)Car not dried off at pickup time. 3)Disappointed that alignment wasn't covered on a car with only 2500mi. Advantage Hyundai in Bethpage Hicksville was great the sales rep Mohamed was very patient with me helping me fill oit tge on line application and dealing with my insurance company in getting my new car pu sales rep Mohamed was very patient with me helping me fill oit tge on line application and dealing with my insurance company in getting my new car put on the policy and getting the information thst they needed in order to get the DMV paperwork done and me into the car. Mohammed spent alot of time with me and dealing with them many phone calls to get the paperwork done and correct, Once we thought that it was done but the Insurance company messed up and getting someone to fix it and send us the correct into took a lot of time. In the end it took several hours to fix a 5 min data entry error and resubmit the correct paperwork so that I wss good to go. More
