Customer service friendly. Price way too high, same part I was able to get for 27.00 and the installation took me 15 minutes. Was told a price for oil change and then when I arrived a dealership I was given a different price . Service advisor didn’t explain recommendations . 2 hrs for an oil change is too long. Waiting area wa dealership I was given a different price . Service advisor didn’t explain recommendations . 2 hrs for an oil change is too long. Waiting area was nice that’s the only reason they got a 2 stars. Never going back until they up their game with professionals which they should if they want to compete with other luxury brands. More
