I was at the Genesis section and it is a very nice area, however there are a few things that can be improved. I waited an extremely long time for an oil change and I don't feel I was kept in the loop of the however there are a few things that can be improved. I waited an extremely long time for an oil change and I don't feel I was kept in the loop of the progress. There are a few other things but they are minor. Overall it was OK but can be better. More

The last time I was there was a couple of months ago and when I got the car, I didn't realize it, but they had moved my seat in my driving seat and I can't get it back to where it used to be and I talked to when I got the car, I didn't realize it, but they had moved my seat in my driving seat and I can't get it back to where it used to be and I talked to Keith about that and he swore up and down that nobody would do that but I didn't do it. I'm the only one in the car so I wanted him to fix it and go back to the original way it was but he said no so that's why he's not excellent , he's good. More

The service department lied about test driving my vehicle and sent my wife home with bad brakes. I had to return a couple of days later and wait 3-1/2 hours to have it fixed. On top of it, they charged me ad and sent my wife home with bad brakes. I had to return a couple of days later and wait 3-1/2 hours to have it fixed. On top of it, they charged me additional for something they should have fixed the first time. We purchased the car from them and always had it serviced at this dealer and none of that mattered. More
