My 2022 Tucson with 34K miles and well maintained, purchased at Holler Hyundai of North Orlando which is also where I worked in sales from 2015-2022 was dropped off on May 13th and was ready for pick purchased at Holler Hyundai of North Orlando which is also where I worked in sales from 2015-2022 was dropped off on May 13th and was ready for pick up June 3rd. I had to initiate follow up to receive updates on my vehicle. The Service department gave me the run around and had no ETA - my service advisor Patrick was absent and on vacation. It wasn’t until I spoke with the Parts Department that I finally understood the time line to expect my vehicle back by. Nobody offered me a loaner and I felt zero customer service. More
