Poor service-see below I found the service representative, Dimitri Kouvaris, to be unprofessional and difficult to deal with. I made an appointment for Friday at 2:30 p.m. I I found the service representative, Dimitri Kouvaris, to be unprofessional and difficult to deal with. I made an appointment for Friday at 2:30 p.m. I was told when I made the appointment that they may not be able to look at the car because it was late in the afternoon. I brought the car in early (2:00 pm) and was immediately told the service dep't was short-staffed and may not look at the vehicle today. I did not receive a call back until after 5:00 pm saying no one looked at the car. My response was ok, but I needed the car back by 10:30 a.m. Saturday and expect it will be one of the first to be looked at in the since it will be there overnight & should be ahead of any new cars coming in on Saturday morning. He told me there was no guarantee they could do this. I did not receive a call back on Saturday morning at all so I showed up and saw Dimitri. I asked him what was going on with my car and he said he would return in a minute. Over 5 minutes elapsed & I was still waiting by his desk. I went to see a manager & found out that the car was looked at and needed 2 specific repairs. He could not tell me the cost, but referred me back to Dimitri to discuss. By this time Dimitri came back & was reviewing the work order. He did not give me a price & kept me waiting. It was now 10:45 am; I had an appointment and could not wait, I told him to call me with the cost of the repairs. He did not call for another 45 minutes which is totally unacceptable. That entire time was lost because I had not given my authorization to do the work. I again stressed I cannot tie up the car the entire weekend & must have it back Saturday. Again, he said I cannot guarantee it. The car was finally done around 4:15 pm. Over 24 hours since the time I brought it in. I would classify this as "lousy service". More
Easy service drop off I called for an appointment for a free oil change. They were able to give me an appointment very quickly, but said I would need to drop my car off si I called for an appointment for a free oil change. They were able to give me an appointment very quickly, but said I would need to drop my car off since they were booked up and busy and it could take awhile. They also let me know my car had 2 recalls and they would perform those as well. When I dropped my car of, I let them know I had a coupon for a tire rotation. They were able to perform that and a free car wash as well. Manny in service let me know what my diagnostic tests said my car would need. He was not pushy with trying to sell me extra services, but let me know how these things would improve the lifetime of my car. I will pursue having those things serviced at a later date. I thought I would have to wait all day to get my car back, but was able to pick it up only 3 hours later. The whole service experience was very easy. More

Check engine light on Transmission acting up Check engine light came on in car & Transmission had been acting up After being told the check engine light was for a transmission oil Temperature sen Check engine light came on in car & Transmission had been acting up After being told the check engine light was for a transmission oil Temperature sensor I was told to check with a Hyundai Dealer as the part was internal of Transmission I called Advantage Hyundai & reached Service Department and after talking with them I was told to make appointment to drop off vehicle I was given an appointment for the very next day & told I could even drop the car off that night (which we did) for service to look at car first thing in the morning. Received a call from Service manager in the morning letting me know that the technician was in fact going to replace a sensor in the Transmission & that it would be covered by warranty NICE! Especially since the car has 85K miles on it Tech did a complimentary check of car & Service Manager gave me a printout of all suggested repair work the car should have done Picked up the car that night & the car was even washed & cleaned & ran like new Pleasant experience & would definitely recommend!!!! More
Service with a Smile Was greeted quickly, was asked what service I was in for. Did I need a lift home or will I be waiting in the waiting room. I said I'd be waiting and was told to help myself to coffee, tea, hot chocolate, have a bagel with cream cheese or butter and they would take care of me car as quickly as possible. Got it back in less than an hour, which was amazing since there are always a ton of people bringing in their cars for a number of services. I just needed a maintenance checkup, oil change and so forth. Car comes back spotless inside and out. Amazing. Manuel is an asset to the service dept. and the dealership. More
