Staff is very friend. Service was scheduled for my convenience and car was ready on time and washed. The recall work was complete 100%. But then, when got in my car, I found a half full bottle of water and a piece of chocolate in my cup holders. Neither was mine. That was disgusting. I had to get a napkin and remove very unsanitary items from my car. I am not happy about that. What was the point of fixing and washing the car only to leave it filled with personal trash and germs. Like I said on my last survey I was disappointed with my last visit , went in to have my passengers side running lite replaced & I was under the assumption it was covered by the warranty but it wasn’t but t last visit , went in to have my passengers side running lite replaced & I was under the assumption it was covered by the warranty but it wasn’t but the problem is the part was $29 & labor was $99 for something that probably took 5 mins to replace, the total was $143, I bring my car in for service every few months & I’ve always been satisfied with the service More
