Picked up new GV80 Master warning light on display was on. Several days later still on. Checked washer fluid level then tire pressure. Tire pressure should be 33 and 36 Tire pressure when vehicle was on. Several days later still on. Checked washer fluid level then tire pressure. Tire pressure should be 33 and 36 Tire pressure when vehicle was delivered was 27, 28, 29, 31 which caused the master warning light to be on. Four days after i picked GV80 up I had to bring back to dealership to have a factory reset done. How is a new car delivered like this. After delivery dealership never followed up with a call to see how vehicle was. Terrible experience More

I walked in to the dealership to make a service appointment in person and I was met by Christina McLaughlin who was a true professional and even con I walked in to the dealership to make a service appointment in person and I was met by Christina McLaughlin who was a true professional and even confirmed my appointment via an e-mail. My service appointment was for 7:30am and most dealerships make you wait outside at that hour of the morning. Not this place! I arrived at 7:10am and the door automatically rolled up and I was greeted by Cole & Iseal the valets. Then they asked me to poop my hood and proceeded to fill up my washer fluid. Then I was greeter by Josephine Buccheri were she explained to me that she was going to take a series of pictures for both my benefit as well as the dealerships. She then escorted me inside proceeded to explain what was due on the car and aslo other options were available to me. One of my concerns was a rattle that I had coming from the roof of the car. She then introduced me to the service manager Dimitrios Kouvaris and the service technician Andrew who walked around the car with me check all possibilities and not once did they rush. Once the car was finished I asked to see Daisy who signed me out sent me on my way. Great Job to all and thank you. More
They take your car and tell you it will be ready in about two hours and you can wait in the showroom. They had coffee and pastries while you waited.
