I own a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring which I brought in for service to Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville , N.Y. The entire experience was delightful , Christine was an absolute pleasure to deal with . Sh for service to Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville , N.Y. The entire experience was delightful , Christine was an absolute pleasure to deal with . She was extremely courteous and professional . I do not feel that I was overcharged for the work that was performed . The service department was able to confirm a serious issue with my car that will require a new transmission which is under warranty . I have come in for several oil changes over the two plus years I've had my Santa Fe and everyone is always very friendly. This time, my work was done in a very speedy fashion, which was wonderful since I h years I've had my Santa Fe and everyone is always very friendly. This time, my work was done in a very speedy fashion, which was wonderful since I had my three-year-old with me (as usual). We were able to get out of there pretty quickly. I would suggest a more kid-friendly area in the waiting room, besides the couple of toys provided. A few more distractions would make parents with small children enjoy the experience a bit more. The park close by is great, unless its rainy or cold. (With kids, you can't enjoy the massage. Bummer.) More

In October of 2011 I purchased my first new car, parting with my beloved old Mercury, so I was nervous to say the least. The service is wonderful, everything is explained, and this is a dealership that truly cares. If you are looking for a car, especially a Hyundai, pay a visit here, because if you want the the car, they will make it work for you :) More

First visit for service. Everyone was courteous and efficient. Was a waiting appointment and did not have to wait long. Would certainly recommend dealership. I dropped my car off as the rear tire on the drivers side had a slow leak all week. I called and there were no appointments but the service receptionist said if I could leave it they would take care of it th had a slow leak all week. I called and there were no appointments but the service receptionist said if I could leave it they would take care of it throughout the day. When I arrived after the call that my car was ready, the car was ready but wasn't washed and they took care of that right away too! More
