Upon our arrival we were greeted promptly by the desk and Fernando acknowledged with a smile the conversation he had with my brother. We were then matched up with Chris Williams. I was a little nervous about the whole buying/leasing process so my brother took the wheel so to speak. Chris was very approachable/professional/knowledgeable and directed us to the car we wanted. Before I knew it I was the proud owner of a leased 2018 RAV4. The process was a little overwhelming for me, but my brother has dealt with Advantage for several toyota cars and he knew the drill. I have to say our experience with Grisela Quintanilla was quite amazing. It had been quite a few hours for us and Grisela swept us into her office and worked her insurance magic. She was no nonsense, extremely professional on the phone with one of my Liberty Mutual brokers. Grisela actually gave me name/quote of a different insurance broker in order to save me money.
