When I had six months to go on the lease,I shopped around and came back to Jim with what I wanted to pay for my new car. He came up with a reasonable price and I felt that even though I could have been a tougher negotiator, the deal he put together made sense. A month later I came back and purchased a second new car. I negotiated a little better and Jim Grecco put me into a leased car at the monthly payment I wanted to pay. James Grecco is a credit to Advantage Toyota and to any person he sits down with. A true sales professional in the best sense of the word. More
Salesman James Greco greeted us within minutes and listened to what we had in mind to buy and helped us locate the specific vehicle we came to see and took us for a test drive. He took the time to explain everything in detail and went over the difference between the new model and pre-owned, went over the figures with financing and ultimately helped us make our decision to purchase new instead of pre-owned. I originally leased a car with this dealership three years ago through a friend. I returned this week to discuss my end of lease options. My friend no longer worked there so I was helped my Tony Oliveri. It was quickly obvious to me that he was not knowledgeable about the vehicles that he was showing me. I was then helped by Gus who was very nice and knowledgeable. However, everything I was told by Gus about a possible lease deal on a new car was quickly rescinded by Sam- the dealer ship manager. Sam proved to be very unprofessional from the get-go but because I am a loyal person, I laughed it off and decided to go ahead with a deal on a 2011 Camry SE- which I was told on Tuesday, came equip with satellite radio. I returned to the dealership on Thursday to test drive my car and sign the papers. I noticed while driving the car that nothing happened when I pressed the button labeled "sat". I let Tony know and he said that it would work upon registering the car with XM. Several minutes after returning to the dealership Tony informed me that the car does not have satellite radio as he originally said. I waited to speak to Sam to see what he could do about the mistake and his response to me was basically that I should have known the car didn't have satellite radio. Me- "How should I have known? Your salesmen said it did" Sam- My salesmen are new- they don't know anything. Tony "We could get you into the V6 which 'I think' has satellite" Sam- "She could never afford the V6" Me- "..." Walking out the door. I quickly started calling other Toyota dealer ships- I told them exactly what happened to me. I found out that Millennium Toyota in Garden City actually owns the Advantage Toyota dealership and four other dealerships in LI (not to mention the guy on the phone was super salesy and said he needed to meet me before he could tell me the prices on the cars). So I called Westbury Toyota- the sales man on the phone was even toned and understanding. He did not sound like a predator (for once). We made a deal over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership- HE decided to do better on the deal by offering for me to have satellite radio installed for no charge and they painted the bumper on my old car for free as well. I was finally able to drive home my first Rav 4 in my choice of color since James knew I had to have blue he drove to bay shore to accomodate me, still the process seemed to go very quickly and smoothly. James was very knowledgeable and friendly and I will recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy/lease a car and I will always be loyal to Toyota. I LOVE MY NEW RAV 4!!! More

I went to this dealership for a second purchase in less than a year, the salesman, Xavier Ascencio was phenomenal, he was very devoted and helpful. I agreed to purchase a 2011 camry SE at a offered price than a year, the salesman, Xavier Ascencio was phenomenal, he was very devoted and helpful. I agreed to purchase a 2011 camry SE at a offered price of $25084. I signed the contract, the next day I picked up the vehicle, went through a lenghty process, but felt it was worth the time. Unfortunately, that evening when I got home, I got a phone call from the business manager, Mr. Samuel Rivera, who asked me to come back to the dealership to sign another contract, because the numbers on the contract are not aligned to read properly. The following day, I went in with a friend. Mr. Rivera was very pleasant at first, but got very antsy once my friend and I started asking questions. My first question was why was the bill of sale showing a lesser selling price, than what's on the contract? Mr. Rivera answered me with "It doesn't matter, the people upstairs pretyped that paper before he sat down with me to sign the contract" I told him it does matter to me, because I make a purchase, therefore I have the right to know. Without answering my first question, Mr. Rivera printed the new contract form, and asked me to sign, when I asked him to explain to me what the changes were, he told me they needed to reflect the "$500.00 Rebate" that I received. On the first contract that I signed, the selling price of the vehicle was $25084, with taxes and fees, total cash price added to $27320. I traded a vehicle for $1500, give $2000 down payment and financed the balance. When I review the contract I couldn't understand why my finance payment would remain the same if an additional $500.00 was deducted from payments made. Mr. Rivera could not explain the changes, he got upset, he even accused me of trying to get an extra money, he then left the room and came back with his supervisor. His supervisor was able to explain the changes, but not to my advantage. To balance their numbers, they have increased the price of the vehicle from $25084 to $25543, so even with the "$500.00 Rebate" deduction the balance owe did not change. And when I looked through the gloves compartment, I found the sticker showing the vehicle selling price at $25157. So what rebate or discount did I get? More
It was definitely time for a new car. James Greco was great dealer once he understood my needs and budget. I walked out with one of the best deals ever.
