Baker - my maintenance liaison - was in constant communication wit I had to have a few repairs, and 3 recall updates, done to my 2009 RAV-4. Kevin T. He, and the mechanic, Oswald, were always courteous, and helped me to understand every aspect throughout the entire 3-day experience. Kevin did seem to go above-and-beyond in looking out for me as a customer, and I thank him for his efforts! In the end, the problems were solved, and I have "my old vehicle back"! ...
