Offered additional service to the tune of $1000+ that I wish I never agreed to, because they caused another $1600 worth of repairs. Of course, they aren't taking responsibility for it, but it's related to the original "repair" work. Their phones never work. Although, I've seen Andy drop customer calls into his already-full voicemail. I ONLY get a call back if I call Toyota corporate, and even they tell me it's up to the independently owned dealer to fix a problem they caused. It's been 2 weeks and no response other than "we'll fix it... For $1600". Rude, dismissive, fleecing tricksters. More

They never returned our calls and every time we came in to their dealership we were told we didn't have the proper documents with us. When my wife presented the proper paperwork a few days later the managers said it was too late and refund to talk with us further about the situation. A complete ripoff scheme Advantage Toyota Scion of Valley Stream New York adds to the end of each deal. New Toyota lease - great experience I spent the last week visiting dealerships and trying to get all the things I wanted in a car at a price that worked for me. It was quite a process bu I spent the last week visiting dealerships and trying to get all the things I wanted in a car at a price that worked for me.
