James, the service representative, was awful to work with. We received word from the autobody shop that my car was ready but it was awaiting transport to the dealership. James kept telling us that it was ok for us to go directly to the autobody place but we kept being told that the autobody shop would not release the car to us. Had my fiance listened to James' instructions, he would have ubered to the shop to get the car. So finally, we were told to pick it up the following day, James and my fiance talked about a time in the afternoon but afterwards we received a text message from Toyota saying pick up the car the following day before 4 pm. So I went first thing in the morning, only to be told my car wasn't in the lot. GRR. I spoke to James and expressed my displeasure at him and his attitude was pretty much a shrug and a "I didn't intend for that." Well James, I don't care what you intended, do your job competently and own up to your mistakes. More
