Over 6 hours there. Prices when signing were not what was agreed on. Details on the car were not correct on the spec sheet. The interior was a completely different color Prices when signing were not what was agreed on. Details on the car were not correct on the spec sheet. The interior was a completely different color. Items were promised that were not there on arrival. Salesperson was not educated on the vehicle. Told me to download an app in order to start my car from my phone and get alerts if someone is trying to break in. My car did not even come with remote start. Had I known this I would not have leased this car. The spec sheet was not reviewed with me. My sales person was working with multiple customers at one time and didn’t actually sit down to review my car. After waiting 5 hrs to see the car, there were different running boards and no weather tech mats which. I was originally told were delivered on every 4Runner. I was promised weather tech mats now that the price was different than what discussed after waiting 6 hours. I requested to sit with finance prior to the car arriving to make sure the pricing was correct and I was told that I could not until the car got inspected however a day earlier I sat with finance at massapequa Toyota within an hour. I would not have bought this car. I was at massapequa Toyota the day before and had a deposit down on the same vehicle WITH remote start. I would have purchased that car. I am extremely displeased with the process and frustrated to find no remote start. I have a 4 month old child which makes it challenging for me to start my car prior to leaving.. I would never pay $600 a month for a car with no remote start More
