It was my first time there and my experience was horrible. I had a 1pm appt and a arrived at 12:30. Looks like the service is good the problem is that it is very slow and takes double the time they tell you. Also prices are much higher than any other dealer and they will give you the "good" price only aft very slow and takes double the time they tell you. It’s took 9 hours to do 1st maintenance with no oil change and practically nothing to do with a new car and 2500 mileage. Adviser Andrew Zollinger lied to me that my car will be ready by 3 pm.
