I was charged more than my deductible after using my warranty and my car was held from me even tho payment was guaranteed from the warranty. I was without my car for more than a week. Called the day before appointment with a couple of questions including a time estimate for the work. Left voicemail but did not receive a callback. Was told upon arrival 2-2.5 hours.
