Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Kolodny. As we explained to you, your vehicle's body damage isn't under warranty; regardless, your vehicle requires body work provided by a body shop, a service we're unable to provide. Your diagnostic service charge (purely for labor) is standard, and was fully disclosed to you - and you agreed to it, in writing - when you asked us to evaluate your vehicle.

Unfortunately for Advantage Toyota, their claim is unsubstantiated. I went to their sister dealership “Millennium Toyota” and they agreed that the door “adjustment” was covered under warranty. Again Advantage Toyota is being misleading. I must say, however, Steven Kirtman, was extremely curtious when we spoke and he assured me he would investigate the matter. I’m looking forward to hearing back on his investigation.
