I came into the service center because my MPG is low and dropped significantly in the past 8 months. Right away, Andy M gave me various excuses which were the following... 1. They tested my gas and said the octane was below 87 and I ask what was it at, and his reply was that they didn't know. I said I always use Costco gas, which is a top tier gas and then he said you don't where they get their gas from and compared it to BJs gas, which is not top tier. 2. the MPG gauge is know for being inaccurate, even thought for more than the 1st year of owning the car it was reading in the mid 30's on average. 3. He tried to explain at various temperatures the MPG could be different, again it doesn't explain the significant drop in MPG from the previous year. Overall, he does not listen to anything you have to say and doesn't seem to care either and when I asked again what explains the significant drop in MPG and he said he doesn't know. He said I could bring my complaint to corporate, which I will. More
