I was disappointed with my visit. The dealer that attended to me seemed nice but I was disppointed by the service.I called primarily because of air bag issue and agreed to pay for the The dealer that attended to me seemed nice but I was disppointed by the service.I called primarily because of air bag issue and agreed to pay for the diagnostics .Instead focus was paid on the airconditioning which was not main reason for being there.I was informed there was a recall on my car but form stated differently.I was disappointed but paid for a part which I was told car on recall was not going to be billed except for diagnotics of $160.I ended up paying $249.82.To say the least I was disappointed with the service.Thanks for the opportunity to explain how the experience was.The agent who attended to me was not there after I paid to express my disappointment and frustration at the papers I signed before reading through.It said on paper I refused to have my airbag issue diagnosed which was not true. More

Although I was originally quoted a $900+ fix and told I needed 2 parts, I was allowed to talk to the mechanic Steven who believed only one part woul Although I was originally quoted a $900+ fix and told I needed 2 parts, I was allowed to talk to the mechanic Steven who believed only one part would be necessary to solve the problem. I appreciated the willingness of Travis to let me directly talk to the mechanic . Wish that would be more commonplace without the need to ask. Saved me over $250, Too many hoops and barrels to get there as is typical of this dealership. Also scared me about potential transmission issue (who knows may still eventually be a problem), but mechanic did not notice that possibility after replacing one part. Dealership always try to get you out of your used car so they can sell it for a profit and also sell you a new car. Part was replaced successfully and car seems to be fine so far. Happy that Steven discussed my car with me and was able to fix it. The 3% surcharge for using a credit card is criminal. The dealership should not be nickel and diming everyone when repairs are already expensive. More

I just wanted to say that I came in for my 3rd service and I was greeted with a bubbly person by the name of Celine. Now I’ve been with Advantage Toyota the past 4 years and I never had this experience. C and I was greeted with a bubbly person by the name of Celine. Now I’ve been with Advantage Toyota the past 4 years and I never had this experience. Celine advised me what the service was gonna be in detail, advised me what could be needed in the future. She showed me my cabin filter which FYI WAS GROSS. She gave me a price and of course I agreed. After all the service, she told me when was the next service and mileage. I must say to you guys, she’s awesome and she made me wanna come back. Please let her know she is great and I love her personality and my wife and I will come back and see her whenever something happens to the car. She’s a great aspect to your dealership.
