Excellent customer service for a long distance buyer! I contacted the dealership via website request about a used Mark II WRX wagon. Since I couldn't come down to the dealership, Marley Guzman sent me several photos and videos of the engine idle and exhaust. She also took the time to answer questions on the phone and over text, and I had several. Ultimately I couldn't pull the trigger, but that had more to do with readiness on my end and nothing to do with the service I received. In fact my experience was so good that I would heavily consider this dealership despite the fact that it's 250 miles away from me and I have several Subaru dealers in close range. Overall, the whole buying experience was great from end-to-end. Worked with Dale as the salesman, I greatly appreciated his upfront honestly, transparency and detailed explanations which made the whole process very comfortable. I was also happy with my trade-in offer and the deal on the new Crosstrek I bought. My trade-in offer was much more fair compared to other dealerships in the past I have dealt with. My experience with Jerry for the Crosstrek financing was great too. Very professional, explained everything very well and was not pushy on trying to sell the extended warranty. I was happy with the rate they got for me too. I will definitely be coming back for my future maintenance needs on my new vehicle! More
