Much to our surprise Nathan came closer to what we could afford on the phone, so we took a trip to Airpark Dodge. Met Nathan at the arranged time, 7pm, took a test drive, looked the car all over, asked a lot of dumb questions, and decided we wanted the car. The treatment we received was way above expectations. Nathan was polite, answered all the dumb questions, had a sense of humor, and came down to a price we could afford. The paperwork begins, and much to our surprise goes very smoothly, thanks to Nathan and David Short in the finance dept, Once again we were well taken care of, David was very helpful, answered all the questions, closed the deal and we were done. At this point Nathan comes in, now the janitor was flashing the lights on and off. Nathan walked us to the car, we shook hands and left. This was a very small sale for these people, yet we were treated as if we were one of their big dollar customers, they took all the time we needed and were very easy to deal with. 3 days into ownership we found that a recirculation device in the ac made a loud clunking noise in the dashboard which we assumed was covered by the warranty. Made one phone call to Nathan, set up an appt for Saturday. Laura drives to Airpark, is greeted by Nathan, takes a test ride to Van chevrolet[same company] and introduces her to Karo Karchyan the asst service manager. Diagnosis is done and it is found that this issue is not covered, and costs $300.00 to repair. they offered the repair for $150.00 Once again 1st class customer service. John was, as always, friendly, courteous, thorough and prompt. Our Grand Cherokee was ready when promised with our repair concerns addressed and our 30K services performed. Nathan was not even aware of the damage to the vehicle we were interested in. He worked with us and we decided to still purchase the vehicle with the understanding that the dealership would replace the front were interested in. Additionally the car did not come with a manual and Nathan claimed that he was working on getting one for it. Nathan seemed like your typical car salesman who was only interested in the sale rather than customer satisfaction. The gentleman who explained the financing, however, was the most pleasant and thorough person involved in our awful car buying experience. He was friendly and explained everything in detailed and understandable verbiage. I brought my trade in the next day and scheduled the service appointment with Nathan. He informed us that he was going to be on vacation for 1 week and would need to ask for Brandon upon arrival for the service. My husband took a day off from work to bring in the vehicle since the dealership is so far from us. When he got there he had to wait a full hour before finding out that no one had any idea that the service had been scheduled by Nathan. When my husband asked for Brandon, someone else entirely came to see him. I tried to contact Nathan to let him know and never got a response. My husband was contacted by the service manager, who my husband says was very helpful and he explained that he ordered the bumper and scheduled another appointment for the repair. Just a day or two later, all of the warning lights on my vehicle turned on. I called the dealership very frustrated at the lack of service that we had received to that point in addition to the feeling that I had been sold a faulty vehicle. I was informed that Brandon would call me the next day between 8 and 9 in the morning. I never received that phone call from anyone. My husband researched the problem and found that the lights may have turned on as a result of not using the required fuel which was premium. I was never informed that the vehicle required premium fuel and never would have purchased the car had I known this. This alone makes me furious! Today we went to pick up my car as the bumper was said to be finished being replaced. Upon picking up the vehicle I found that there is still a big dent in the supposedly new bumper. I'm pissed! This was easily the worst retail experience that I have ever had!!! I will make sure no one I know ever puts themselves through such a horrible experience by working with Airpark. More

I brought the truck in for the first oil change service and Mike saw to it that it was done in a timely manner. I mention this because I am familiar with service at dealerships all throughout the state of MI since my father had "B" lots and was one of the first wholesalers in MI. Was I fortunate to discover Airpark first. Airpark is superior in service, friendliness, timeliness, honesty, integrity, and genuine customer care. Maureen called me, (the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Manager), and provided her mobile number as well as business, leaving the message that "my car had a home here in Arizona." She referred me to Roger Bowers, Jr. who is by far one of the best, most courteous Service Advisors I have ever met. I was starting a new job and trepidatious about my car stalling out at lights since it was recently shipped from MI. Roger gave it a most thorough and detailed analysis that was second to none. I am forever grateful for the technical service and care he provided. I am also in the market for a used car. Roger referred me to Nate Schwan, who listens, identifies, and delivers. Nate is a seasoned and extremely intelligent Sales Professional, and it was a pleasure to meet him. Within less than a week, he has found the car that I've been looking for, at a price I haven't been able to find anywhere. I have a long relationship with your dealership for both sales and service. Just this past Saturday, I had an 8:30 appointment (that was made well in advance) for a simple oil and filter change on my 2008 sales and service. Just this past Saturday, I had an 8:30 appointment (that was made well in advance) for a simple oil and filter change on my 2008 Grand Cherokee. My daughter took the GC in for me on Saturday, and she made sure that they knew we had an 8:30 appointment. They made her wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil and filter change. If that had been me that had been forced to wait that long, I would have certainly gone looking for the General Manager of the dealership. As I mentioned at the beginning, I have been using your dealership for a number of years, and haven't had any issues. Then my daughter goes in and is forced to wait an unreasonable length of time, even though she had an appointment. I am very disappointed in Saturday's service. Jim Kusbel More
