I recently purchased a '07 Jeep Compass from Nate Schwan. He was a pleasure to deal with and has been helping me to figure out the best car for me for the last 4 months. I only wish that I had discovered your dealership before I purchased my other 2 new cars that I purchased at Avondale Auto Group in July. We did have an issue with the finance department,m we asked that they hold our down payment check for 2 weeks which we agreed to but unfortunately they deposited it right away wich caused us to have several bounced checks but your dealership did help us correct the issue but it was a big inconvenience causing me to miss a half a day of work to get it resolved. Rich really went to work for me, got all his questions answered, so he could go to the bank and make the deal happen...He did his due diligence, and made it all run smoothly with the bank... Nathan kept me informed at all times and there were no surprises, just a very professionally run transaction, that gave me my Jeep and a way to build my credit with the most reputable bank in the Valley... I gave Nathan a tough price objective which he was able to meet. From my perspective he worked on me as a potential buyer over about 1 month. Nathan did the actual purchase paperwork very quickly. She was great on follow up and very flexible on scheduling follow-up for a test drive. Service has been good to work with for after-market installs and very professional. All in all, a VERY good buying experience, from sales through Finance (who was awesome and explained all the warranty options in great detail and was very honest about which options made the most sense for us). I could go on for days about the service I received. First off they worked with me over the internet to get me the exact Jeep I was looking for with the options I needed. This was a great time saver in my life. Then we worked out a price that we could all agree on (pending a final test drive). When I showed up the Wrangler was ready for my test drive. The sales staff was all really nice, and knowledgeable about their vehicles. There was absolutely no hassles, and it was an amazingly quick transaction. After the Jeep was paid for, the sales person took me around the dealer, and introduced me to the other service staff. They even gave me a free hat. I look forward to many years of service at this dealer, and most likely my next Jeep. More
