This is the first time I worked with Steve Bacsi. He did a great job. However, I was not aware that Rich Garrick was no longer working for Airpark Dodge. I felt kind of silly calling his cell phone to find a great job. However, I was not aware that Rich Garrick was no longer working for Airpark Dodge. I felt kind of silly calling his cell phone to find out from him that he's working somewhere else. Also, his old desk phone number just kept ringing. A voice message saying that he no longer worked for the company, or to be transferred to another Service Manager, would've been nice. Alternately, you could've had whoever was taking over his customers call and introduce himself/herself, or even a courtesy e-mail. More
Appreciated the attention and information that Robert offered me during my visit.~ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx offered me during my visit.~ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx More
This was a service appointment for the Wrangler we purchased a week ago. We are in what I call the 'break in' period and there were two items that needed attention. A gasket on the AC had failed so th purchased a week ago. We are in what I call the 'break in' period and there were two items that needed attention. A gasket on the AC had failed so that was replaced with refrigerant...much needed for us here right now. The other item was a missing bushing from the factory. Paul was kind enough to look up the build date and time for us so we could find out if this was a Friday build or not! We were treated well and my husband appreciated the courtesy drop off since we had to leave it over night. No one gave us a hard time even though we had to come back later to get the items I had left in the Wrangler but needed for work the next day. More
I received the absolute worst service from Earnhardt here in AZ on Arizona Avenue. All I needed was a new battery and a new tail light cover ($100.00 decuctible as required by my service contract). I was to in AZ on Arizona Avenue. All I needed was a new battery and a new tail light cover ($100.00 decuctible as required by my service contract). I was told that the process would take only a few hours, yet they had to keep it the whole day and over night. The charges came to $342.00: I paid for the battery and was charged $187,oo for labor and a misc. charge of @117.66 ( for what I know not, because they failed, even after my request, to clearly itemize the exact charges for the exact charges product and service! They nearly have changed my mind about owning another Chrysler auto. If it were not for Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodg..., I would never consider buying the Chrysler 300 that i have been considering! I left my house Sunday with the intention of buying a truck but didn't know who I was going to buy it from. I had 2 dealers to check out. Lucky for me the first one was Airpark Dodge. I researched the truck but didn't know who I was going to buy it from. I had 2 dealers to check out. Lucky for me the first one was Airpark Dodge. I researched them on the internet and found 2 trucks I was interested in. When I pulled up and got out I hear "How can I help you today?" Turned around and Fred Nielsen was on his way with his hand extended. I told him what I was looking for and he went got the keys and it was time to find them. The first truck was nice but the second was my truck. We took it for a spin. I told Fred that the sale was all going to hinge on what I get from my trade in. I told him what I wanted and don't like wasting time with all the sales bs. Fred was very up front, to the point and didn't waste time. My kinda salesman. Fred got me the price I wanted on my trade and the price I was looking for on the new truck without the back and forth game. The only thing that took a little time was getting to the finance guy. Had to wait in line. If they can sell vehicles in this economy, they must be doing something right. And Fred, stop smoking! More
My expierence with Lisa Strassman was very good, I explained to her what vehicle I wanted with what options I wanted and she got back to me in a timely manner. All in all a great care experience. All were freindly and not high pressure that you experience with some car dealers. Also appeared very honest, whereas we found others to be very dishonest at a compet and not high pressure that you experience with some car dealers. Also appeared very honest, whereas we found others to be very dishonest at a competitor Jeep dealer. Meredith was a friendly and she sought out information from John who was very friendly. The sales manager, Wille, was freindly and we worked with him via email. The Finance man, David, was also very friendly. More
We were prepared to receive the 'hard sell' but were absolutely relieved to be treated with respect. Also, we were not pounced on like fresh meat when we arrived so that was terrific. As current Wrangle absolutely relieved to be treated with respect. Also, we were not pounced on like fresh meat when we arrived so that was terrific. As current Wrangler owners of 12 years (same Wrangler), we had already done the research on the new Jeep Unlimited Sahara. The price was fair and we understood there was not much wiggly room on it. The whole process was great, from the Bob's who were very helpful and funny, to having a family memeber (John Tufarelli) help us through the process from start to finish. The purchase process and our sales helpful and funny, to having a family memeber (John Tufarelli) help us through the process from start to finish. The purchase process and our sales "team" were great all around! There was one issue with another sales rep that couldnt even wait for us to park the car we test drove before he removed the dealer plate and told us he was taking it and would bring it back. He didnt ask us if we were done, was not concerned that we might be test driving another SUV and we thought it was very rude in general. We told Bob and Lisa about this and pointed out the sales person who did it so follow-up could be done on more appropriate behavior. More
