Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep is a premier Scottsdale dealership that specializes in selling new and used cars, trucks, and SUVs. We first opened our doors in September of 2002 as a Chrysler and Jeep dealer, and eventually acquired Dodge and Ram in December of 2008. Thanks to our wide selection of popular models from some of the top brands in the automotive industry, we have accumulated many loyal customers whom we continue to do business with today. Our highly trained team is committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, and they work hard to meet each buyer's needs. Airpark is a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Scottsdale that always puts the customer first, and is dedicated to producing a positive experience for each one. Conveniently located on 7801 East Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep serves Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sedona, AZ, as well as the surrounding communities. As a leading Jeep dealership in the Valley, we also hold an annual Jeep Jamboree, where we invite Jeep owners to come with us on a weekend-long off-roading trip. The event has been incredibly successful over the years, and it continues to be a yearly highlight. In addition to hosting fun events, we also support many organizations within our community. We have sponsored and donated to the Arizona Humane Society, Crisis Nursery, Pinnacle High School, American Legion, and Mesa 4-Wheelers in the past. We do our best to regularly help out other organizations in need.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Good, First off and foremost, we would like to apologize for the frustration and poor customer care you experienced at our dealership. Exceptional customer service is a number one priority at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. When we fall short of that mark, we take it very seriously. If myself or the General Manager, Coye Pointer, had been contacted prior to you trading in the vehicle at another dealer, we could’ve handled the situation entirely in your favor. However, since you opted to trade before the following Monday there was nothing that I or Mr. Pointer could do. I do not work on Saturdays or Sundays and Mr. Pointer had taken a rare Saturday off. We are willing to refund the commission that Chris Pachla (who is not related to the GM in any way) earned in the amount of $75.00. In response to the $3,568.00, we are not accountable for any money lost on a trade appraisal performed at another dealership. Sincerely, Mary Robertson Customer Relations Director 480.556.7463

I appreciate your comments Mary. My concern is I had asked Frank on Thursday, 2/24, to speak with Coye on Friday, 2/25, morning. I did not get a call from Coye; instead, it was a call that came from Tom. He booked a time to meet with me at 10am on Saturday, and then he wasn't there. I tried to buy a car from you. Isiah as well as your recorded phone system can verify that I called him 2 seperate times to get a quote on the jeep and he never called me back with a formal offer. I did NOT want to buy a car from another dealership, but Frank, Tom, Chris, Isiah... none of them wanted to sell me a different car at your dealership. I feel very upset that because you have employees who do not care about how a client is treated, nor did they care to try to make a deal that I suffer. Your dealership had close to 4 hours on Saturday to offer me something for the car. The first and only conversation I had with Isiah after we left the dealership was him telling me your dealership would only offer 15,5 for the trade. I told him that was unacceptable as that left me coming out of pocket for the trade and he said "oh, I didn't know that. Let me call you back at this number in 15 minutes" I don't know what upsets me more that he didn't care, Frank didn't care, Tom didn't care, no one thought to actually give me a good offer to sell me a car... or the fact that no one called me back EVER with an offer. So the reason for my complaints to the BBB, Jeep Corporate, and every website I could find on Monday was that your dealership did NOTHING to sell me a new car, and then did nothing to try to square me up in the situation. The response I am getting from you is the same as Coye, well gees if you had come to us we would have made it right. I can NOT help that your employees didn't think it was important enough to involve you any of the times I directly asked them to. That is not on me and my family. Please pull my phone call to Frank on 2/24 probably around 6pm where I specifically asked to speak with Coye, and was told by Frank that Coye was going to call me. The failure to follow through is with your dealership. That is why I am asking for some compensation for the probably close to 20 hours I spent dealing with your dealership over this car. The 3,500 I lost is because I put that into buying the 07 Jeep from you. Right Toyota worked with me to make me as square as they could even though they never got a trade in from me. I expect something from your dealership to say we are sorry for how you were treated.

Dear Robert, Sorry for the confusion concerning the Essential Care Policy that you purchased on 1/31/2009. EC714N is a 7 year (84 month) oil, lube and filter contract. The 714 in the policy code stands for 7 years 14 oil changes. Which calculates to 1 every 6 months or 6,000 miles. That is why the cost was only $375. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me at 480.556.7463. Sincerly, Mary Robertson Customer Relations Director
